I have found that most entrepreneurs have a flash of brilliance in setting up a company and whilst they believe they can grow their business on their own without help, in reality they haven’t got the skills to channel their ability to become successful. Before I started working with Gareth I thought I knew how to run a business but there was a gap. The confusion lay in the fact that I was too involved in the daily operations. I brought Gareth into help me with my sales and marketing as I believed they were my problem. In reality I found these were the symptoms and the cause was something different. We had to fix these issues so that we could focus on the sales and marketing.

My biggest fear around bringing Gareth in was that he wouldn’t understand my business, he would judge me and I might get embarrassed as to what he might find. In reality, Gareth gave me confidence and helped me to understand that I have a lot to be proud of.

I have also understood that whilst I thought I could make decisions I was putting off key decisions at key times as they were uncomfortable. Now I don’t as I have learnt how to make them and the process has become quicker as a result of Gareth’s help.

The reason why I can recommend Gareth Emberton is because, unlike most other coaches or consultants he has actually grown businesses himself therefore his knowledge is built on his real life successes and failures, which makes his support practical and is the voice of experience. I believe he is the instruction manual that should come with every business!

I have now realised that you learn more out of failure than you do out of success but that is costly. I invested in working with Gareth as he teaches you how to be successful when others will teach you how to deal with failure. As a result, he has bought back the creative element of my thinking which is allowing me to develop my business.
