This is a 12 month one to one programme for Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, Managing Directors and Chief Executives with businesses which have annual sales of £500,000.00 to £25 million.
As an entrepreneur you will have vision but you may have concerns about the next steps. All of our clients have cited at least one of the following issues as a reason for joining the programme. Do any of these feel familiar to you?
1. Your profits are being eroded by customers who are continually asking for discounted prices?
2. You lack sufficient investment capital to grow your business or you are frustrated by cashflow challenges?
3. Your sales are slowing down but your competitors are busy?
4. You are spending lots of money on marketing but are dissatisfied with your return on investment?
5. Your staff are being poached or leaving and you are finding it difficult to find replacements?
6. Your team lacks motivation to work on their own without continuous supervision?
7. You are working long hours, which is putting your personal and family relationships under pressure?
8. You have not yet been able to develop your business into the type of asset you can sell, putting your exit or retirement plan under threat, with your deadline growing further away?

The Entrepreneur’s one-to-one programme is especially designed for established business owners and entrepreneurs who wish to get a greater return out their businesses in profitability.
We are not there to tell you how to run your business - you already know how to do that. But, we will work with you to get the best out of your business and help you understand where your business is costing you money.
However we do not subscribe to cost cutting strategies as ways of improving profits!
We will get you started with a business planning session to structure the direction of your business over the duration of the programme.
Then we will meet face to face on a weekly basis for a minimum of 12 months.
There will also be the opportunity for you to include other senior managers and directors on more advanced programmes.
Over the period you will get the continuous support of your coach, who will stretch you to get the best out of your business.
We will focus on sales, marketing, finance, people, the systemisation of your business, as well as managing you to give you the tools you need to develop your business to the next level.
But you set the agenda which will be unique to your business - we do not subscribe to a one size fits all solution!
Importantly, over the time we work together, if you hit a challenge, we will be there to support you every step of the way so you do not have to face it on your own.
