The Entrepreneur’s Fast Track Programme:
Recommended for businesses with sales of between £1m and £25m.
Pre - Programme Business Planning Session
The programme commences with a whole day planning session. This is to set the course of the programme over the next 12 months and to ensure that the objectives of the Client are met during that period. This part of the programme is compulsory.
One to One Programme
The programme covers the following 5 modules. The Client can choose modules depending on their strengths and weaknesses.
- Marketing AttractionTM
- Sales AttractionTM
- People AttractionTM
- Financial AttractionTM
- Ongoing personal development of the Client
3 One to One Coaching sessions per month
- The sessions last for 2 hours and are held at my offices or by arrangement on the business premises of the Client.
- During the sessions we will focus on the above modules and/or deal with the ongoing challenges of the Client week to week.
- New material is taught in the sessions and reinforced during implementation
1 Master Class per month
- A day long session held on the third Thursday in each month at my offices.
- These deliver the above modules in intensive sessions.
- The Master Classes are for the business owner only.
If you believe that any of the Master Classes would be relevant to your Team members they can also attend at a pre set rate. If you have more than 6 and up to 15 Team members, Master Classes can be held on your premises.
Personal Development
12 books are provided in either paper or audio format to reinforce change.
Ongoing Support
During the programme you will get the continuous support of your coach as well as the power of being in a peer group of like-minded entrepreneurs who will stretch you to get the best out of your business.

I have found that most entrepreneurs have a flash of brilliance in setting up a company and whilst they believe they can grow their business on their own without help, in reality they haven’t got the skills to channel their ability to become successful. Before I started working with Gareth I thought I knew how to run a business but there was a gap. The confusion lay in the fact that I was too involved in the daily operations.
