The Entrepreneur’s Academy is a 6 month group coaching programme for those business owners who are either not ready for one to one coaching, micro businesses or in the start up phase of growing a business. Here is how it works:
You will meet weekly for six months spanning 26 sessions. Your peers on the programme will be at similar stages of business growth to yourself and as a result that will give you synergy.
Each session will be 2 ½ hours long, during which we will focus on your business. Firstly we will look at any challenges you are having so we can solve your problems quickly. Next we will discuss the implementation of any strategies you were set to use in your business from the previous week and finally we will discuss new strategies for you to implement going forward.

Setting your future
If you don’t know where you are going, how are you going to get there? Successful entrepreneurs are very clear about where they are going and over the programme we will put together a tangible business plan to get you there. You will build a great business from the foundations up.
Marketing Attraction
How to define the eleven points in your company message and compare your uniqueness to your competitors. That will attract more customers. Learn how to implement 22 marketing strategies into your business including: internet strategy, marketing your expertise, websites, blogging, newsletters, pay per click, social net working, networking, referral strategies, PR, direct mail and advertising to name but a few....
Sales Attraction:
Discover the difference between “old” selling techniques and “new” so you can avoid having to deal with stalls and objections. Understand customer psychology, find out the real reasons why customers buy and develop yourface to face and telephone selling. Understand the principles ofnegotiationand key account management so that your existing customers buy more from you.
Financial Attraction
Discover the fastest ways to increase your cashflow and apply it to your business right away. Find out how to understand what is making you money and what isn’t. Learn to interpret profit and loss, balance sheets and cashflows and put them together yourself. Understand how to get people to pay quicker and on time. Learn how to leverage your business whilst also keeping control of it.
