Pre - Programme Business Planning Session
The programme commences with a half day planning session. This is to set the course of the 12 month programme and to ensure that the objectives of the client are met during that period. This part of the programme is compulsory.
The Entrepreneur's Academy: The programme covers:
5 modules:
• Marketing Attraction TM - 3 Modules
• Sales Attraction TM - 4 Modules
• People Attraction TM - 3 Modules
• Financial Attraction TM - 3 Modules
• Personal Development of the Client: Ongoing over the 12 month period
Client can choose modules depending on their strengths and weaknesses
2 One to One Coaching sessions per month
• 1 hour each held at my offices or via the telephone or skype at a time and day convenient to both. Positioned in between the group sessions.
• The aims of the sessions are to deal with any business or personal issues of the Client.
2 Group Sessions per month
Fortnightly 3 hour sessions held on a Tuesday 3-6pm at my offices with up to 10 other businesses.
These sessions focus on:
1. Sales and Marketing
2. People issues
3. Finance
4. The ongoing challenges of the Client week to week.
Monthly Master Class
• A day long session held on the third Thursday in each month at my offices.
• These deliver the above modules in intensive sessions
• This Master Class each month is for the business owner only.
If you believe that any of the Master Classes would be relevant to your Team members they can also attend at a pre set rate. If you have more than 6 and up to 15 Team members, Master Classes can be held on your premises.
Personal Development
12 books in either paper or audio to reinforce change
Ongoing Support
During the programme you will get the continuous support of your coach as well as the power of being in a peer group of like minded entrepreneurs who will stretch you to get the best out of your business.
