The Entrepreneur’s Director’s role is for you as the Managing Directors and Chief Executives of larger or fast growing companies where:
· your business is about to start growing after re-structuring or due
to expansion. You need to bring in new directors or senior
managers, but you need help now instantly and are not ready to
commit to recruiting as you are not sure of the full job description
of what you want.
· you need to develop systems and structure with in the business to
improve its performance to get ready for the recruitment of a
major position of influence and control within the business.
· you value aid with the recruitment of key decision makers to
replace The Entrepreneur’s Director at the end of the contract
period
· you need to develop your sales, systems, process and the
management of you sales team.
· you need to develop your marketing processes to generate new
customers for the business.
· your current team is reactive and you wish to develop proactive
team structures to help with the growth of the business.
· you are looking for practical and creative support for the Board as
well as input to the Chairman and MD as a confidential adviser to
aid with decision making.
· you are looking for outside input to help with the strategic
planning process and the evaluation of underlying operational plans
and budgets
The aim of The Entrepreneur’s Directors is get our hands “dirty” as well as carrying out consultancy projects as part of the role.
