  1. Who is The Entrepreneur's Coach?

    I have prepared specially a gareth emberton's profile on this website so that you understand who I am. But the essence of The Entrepreneur's Coach is to help you through the challenges you face when growing your business on your journey to becoming a successful entrepreneur. I am a person who has been through the experience of growing businesses from nothing into £ multi million companies I have literally been through it all myself! 
  2. What can you teach me that I don’t already know?

    Over the time I have been working with business owners I have always asked myself what can I give to my clients that they don’t already know? The answer to that is how to be an Entrepreneur by which I mean to get to a position where you can spend your time on what you choose because you enjoy it not because you have to! My purpose is to get you to a stage where you have enough wealth in your life so that even if you lost your business or couldn’t work your standard of living and lifestyle wouldn’t suffer.
  3. What are going to be the major benefits to me as a client?

    Basically more profit, more time less stress but it is up to you because as a result of working with my clients they have experienced outcomes which include: Multi £ million investment, Diversification, Management Buy-in, Mergers, Business Turnaround, franchise development as well as the development of their teams, improvement in cashflow and profits!

    Whatever you need the benefit to be I have a formula to get you there.
  4. Will I get results?

    Yes but only if you apply yourself to implement the actions we agree.
  5. What happens if I go on holiday or can’t make a meeting?

    As long as you give me 48 hours notice we will rearrange for another time in the same week or in the case of The Entrepreneur's Academy if you miss a day you can join the same day on another Academy.
  6. But I already have business qualifications?

    That’s brilliant then you will be already be aware the value of impartial input into your business and continued  personal development. But on top of that I still have still got to get you to that Entrepreneurial status.
     
  7. Is my business too small?

    In fact the smaller you are the more I can help to influence you to get things right first time.
  8. Is my business too big?

    No not at all. If you are asking any of the questions in the entrepreneurial mindset section then we have work to do. Ontop this remember even the vey big companies have Non-Executive Directors to give the executive directors impartial advice and the benefit of their experience
  9. I haven’t got a business?

    Great now is the time to start. Most people when they start a business they are operationally focused as they are good at being an Accountant, Solicitor, Plumber or IT etc but know very little about the fundamentals of how to make a business successful.

    For most people the thought of starting a business drives fear into them but it can be made so easy if you understand the principles of what to do, how to do it and when.
  10. I have previously had a business but lost it:

    When we were a child and learnt to walk, we fell over a lot and just because we fell over that didn’t make us give up, did it? In fact the more you fell over the more you learnt!  So why stop now? I will help you to learn the things you need to make your next business the success it deserves to be. In my book the definition of “failure” is: “To give up”. But by continuing to try you will improve your results:
  11. Who will use or see any information I give to The Entrepreneurs Coach?

    The Entrepreneurs Coach Ltd and that is it.
  12. But I don’t want to be a “World Class Entrepreneur”?

    That is fine at what ever point you wish to grow too we will support you to that point it is your choice but by coaching Entrepreneurs to be world class we have the scope to support you to what ever level you wish to aspire to.
  13. How do I know you have experience in my industry or sector?

    Firstly I have a broad range of experience with a broad range of industries and secondly I will coach you to a point where you will understand business in such a way that you will be suddenly looking for opportunities in other industries.
  14. Is this going to be expensive?

    You have the three choices which will allow you to have what you can afford. Whatever you do…do something.
  15. I haven’t got enough time now?

    The quotation you will hear from me over and over again is “the lack of time is a poor man's excuse” Initially you will find that you will have to make time but after a while you will find it easier.

    The simple reason that so many business owners never gain the rewards that they deserve is that they don’t focus on the right things. So many times I have heard business owners say I haven’t got the time right now when I have made a couple of changes I will get back to you! When I call in 12 months time I am never surprised to hear that things haven’t changed and they are still rushed their feet!

    There is only one time: Now!
  16. What are the difference between and Entrepreneur and a Business Owner?

    Simply Business owners tend to be operationally focused where as Entrepreneurs are business focused as they understand that all business are the same it’s just the operations which are different.

    The definition of an Entrepreneur that I use is: “A person who has built up more than one income stream making them not reliant on any particular one or business”.

    The Entrepreneur is in a position that should something ever happen such as ill health or the loss of a business they still have an income streams which will provide income to the standard of living that they are used to”.  
  17. What will we spend our time working on?

    The one to one programme is more bespoke as at different stages of growth different businesses have different issues and depending what your objectives are we will tailor that to your requirements.
  18. How long is a programme?
    A one to one programme should be a minimum of 6 months
  19. I am not ready/I need to get ready?

    In my experience as soon as a person thinks about something like this they are ready as it means that they are interested in taking themselves and their business to the next level. The things that stand in the way tend to be around, time, money, fear of it not working and what their peer group might say!

    My advice is to understand what you need to understand by asking questions. Once you have done this make a decision and act on it. Then work with commitment to achieve your goal.
  20. When will be the best time for me to start?

    The time will never be just right when you run a business so start now. The quicker you get things moving the less pressure you will be under.
