6.You have a plan to float your business and you need to push forward to meet it.
7.You want to expand your business nationally or internationally.
8.Your business is stuck but you don’t understand why and you want to push it forward.
9.You are frustrated at the level of profit you are making. Whatever you have tried before hasn’t worked and you are sick of consultants who tell you to cut your costs when you need your resources to grow your business.
10.You are sick of listening to small time business coaches who have never grown a real business and keep telling that you should work less hours or that you should have a better life style.
Why is it so difficult to find a good business coach?
Well if you have answered yes to any of the above you are in an elite group of entrepreneurs. You see the problem is that most business coaches and consultants aim their services at small or medium business owners who never get past thinking about the day to day running of their business and have neither the drive nor the determination to take their business to the next level.
But this is not you is it, otherwise you would have stopped reading by now! No, you are different and as a result need someone different to work with and grow your business...so here is what I am not:-
I am NOT an ex-corporate who assumes because of their corporate experience they know how to run a business like yours!
I am NOT an inexperienced coach who has just bought a franchise!
I am NOT a life coach dabbling in business coaching!
My name is Gareth Emberton and I am here from my vast experience of growing my own businesses not developing theories about growing one. I grew my first business out of the recession in 1991 into an award winning nationwide company with a multi £££ million sales turnover, blue chip clients and a supply chain which spanned Europe.
During that process I grew frustrated as when I consulted with coaches, consultants and accountants. Very few were able to answer the tough questions I had as they didn’t understand what I was going through when growing my business.
This has given me the insight to understand the tough questions you have because, I have ‘spilt the same blood in the same mud as you’ growing my own businesses.
Since then I have invested my time and money finding out the answers to my questions that no-one else could answer, perfecting my intellectual property and mastering the skill of making my clients’ businesses profitable whilst at the same time investing in new businesses of my own through my holding company and my business angel company which is a joint venture with an accountant.
During the last 7 years I have been business coaching, working with many companies in many and diverse sectors including:
Manufacturing, Technology, Service, Agriculture, Fresh Produce, Leisure and Sport, Construction and Sub-trades, Retail, Financial Services, Professionals and even a Venture Capitalist.
So whatever you throw at me, I am not surprised……
All I know is that you are different and that your drive and ambition is such that very few compare to you. The question is can you find someone who can keep up?
